In collaboration with fellow human-centered designer Lily Higgens and the CoE team at DSM, we’ve redesigned their people manager learning experience and online L&D environment. Rolling out on a global scale, our solutions are set to impact thousands of people to make their work more fun, fulfilling, and human 
We went through a full design thinking cycle, from empathize to prototyping and testing, and generated insane amounts of data and insights along the way. Half of the ideas are currently being tested, iterated, and implementation on a global scale. The other half were edge-of-scope and parked for a later cycle.
