Re-design and lead the team responsible to build sustainable partnerships between Business Innovation studies and the business world

I was asked to lead the process of re-designing a system to build and sustain relationships between a Business Innovation bachelor (IBIS) + the business world. As part of the program, students have to participate in multiple Quandaries; mini-internships where the student functions as a consultant to the company providing a brief or assignment.

Although the system had been running, it wasn’t running smoothly. With a small team we re-designed and implemented a new set-up where project leaders were introduced, promotional videos made, forms streamlined, companies engaged, and students empowered.
