I was invited by Nathalie Post and Dano Marr to speak as part of the Design Process course in the AI Business Consultant class at Hyper Island. It was a pleasure to share my thoughts on bringing human-centeredness to design decisions at every stage of an AI project – even the more technical ones like model benchmarking, confusion matrix, and performance metrics.
