Design and teach a 4-month program on 21st-century career development (Intropreneurship) with a class of 25 innovation students

Embark on a 4-month journey with a group of 25 innovation students to integrate personal & professional development, helping them identify their passion areas, talents, core values, goals, and empower them to start a passion-driven project based on that. More than a few of the students claimed the course to be ‘life-changing’, and for an idea of the impact it had I’d refer to the aftermovie below.

The program was inspired by Theory U and integrated many disciplines and sources. I designed and taught the course (that we’ve named Intropreneurship) together with educational designer Sandra Reeb-Gruber, the curriculum director of IBIS and a mentor of mine. We spoke on the program during the EDINEB (Educational Innovation in Economics and Business) conference of 2017.
