On a thursday afternoon, April 2017, I got the opportunity to speak for an audience of educational practitioners in the creative business domain, from teachers to team leaders and curriculum designers to policy makers. Having heard from a lot of them that they feel lost on how to connect with and relate to our generation, I delivered them a 20-minute talk titled “What millennials need in order to thrive in education and the (future) world of business“.

It touches upon the impact of our fastly changing context, the consistency of human nature, generational studies and the need to grow more responsive, as both individuals and institutions, to the challenges of our times. I could tell you more, or .. invite you to watch it yourself. I’m looking forward to further this discussion so let me know your thoughts on the talk and the topic at large!
