CHALLENGE: Analyzing the current business situation in a flexible way using Alexander Osterwalder’s Business Model Canvas method and suggest changes to achieve business objectives.

SOLUTION: An as-is documentation of all elements of S2M’s business operations along with a proposal to smoothen the sales funnel to encourage customer recurrence by for example extending reservation and payment functions to a mobile app.
